Dr. James P. McAndrews, DDS, FACS is a native of southern California. Dr. McAndrews is dual board certified by both the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology.

He practices the full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial surgery, including the use of ambulatory intravenous anesthesia, orthognathic surgery, facial trauma, pathology, reconstructive surgery, removal of third molars (wisdom teeth) and management of other impacted teeth, placement of dental implants, and complex bone grafting.
